In-house workshop:
Supporting culturally and linguistically diverse staff delivering in-home support to seniors
This 3.5 hour interactive workshop will support managers and team leaders to build their confidence and capability to support staff from CALD backgrounds. Through interactive and thought-provoking activities participants will hone their skills in communicating cross culturally to minimise misunderstanding and identify strategies to address common challenges that CALD staff experience when working in aged home care.

Participants of the workshops will also have the opportunity to complete our interactive and engaging e-learning module on ‘Culturally responsive support’ in the Aged care sector, equipping leaders in their role as coaches.
