Providing culturally responsive support
in aged care

This e-learning module is designed for workers who provide support services for older people in their home and residential setting. The topics covered in this module enable aged care workers to provide culturally responsive support, particularly to consumers who have migrated to Australia as migrants or refugees.

Working with professional interpreters is a key skill needed to ensure equitable access to services and quality client outcomes.

This e-learning explores how we can improve our interactions and communication when working with a professional interpreter.
