If you know an organisation, team or network looking to strengthen cultural responsiveness, inclusion or capability, you can introduce them to SSI Diversity Training using the form below.

We work with organisations across government, business and the community sector to build practical skills and confidence for working effectively across cultures, identities and lived experiences.

Who can you refer?

You might refer an organisation that is:

  • looking for cultural responsiveness or inclusion training
  • planning professional development for its workforce
  • seeking workshops, facilitation or tailored learning
  • developing an eLearning or capability-building program
  • looking to strengthen how it works with culturally diverse communities
  • delivering a project, program or initiative with a learning component
  • seeking support with consultation, co-design or stakeholder engagement
  • exploring ways to build more inclusive services, teams or workplaces

You don't need to know exactly what they need. A simple introduction is enough. Our team can take it from there.

What happens next?

Once you submit the referral, a member of the SSI Diversity Training team will review the information and get in touch with the referred contact to learn more about their needs.


From there, we'll explore how we might be able to help, whether that's through training, workshops, eLearning, facilitation, consultation or a tailored capability-building solution.
